Important Reminders
Please read the following reminders before proceeding with your enrollment
Important Reminder for PreEnrollment and For Regular Enrollment
For Pre-Enrollment, the student may choose the section where they want to reserve a slot.
The Registrar will allow up to three (3) days for the student to confirm, after which the Registrar will contact the student to verify their decision.
If the student confirms, the Registrar will reserve the slot for the student.
If the student does not confirm, the Registrar will release the slot for other students.
For Regular Enrollment, the student is required to submit the hard-copy documents to the Registrar for verification.
The Registrar will allow up to three (3) days for the student to confirm, after which the Registrar will contact the student to verify their decision.

This section is only for new/transferee students. If you are not a new/transferee student, please click submit.
You can submit the form even only uploading the soft copy of birth certificate and two by two picture; however, you are required to comply with all necessary documents and submit the hard-copy documentsto the Registrar for verification.
Please ensure all uploaded documents are clear, readable, and in the correct format.
